Retired form the IBM corporation on December 31, 1991, after 31 years and 7 months of service.
- Advisory Systems Engineer at the IBM Corporation, El Paso, Texas. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of IBM Classroom Networks, including Novell NetWare, in school districts in West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Additional responsibilities included support of the Application System (AS) on main frame systems, as well as on personal computer platforms, and support of the IBMLink system (on-line customer support).
- Project manager for a large corporate IBM accounting system in White Plains, New York. Technical interface between external law firms and IBM data processing during the last three years of the Department of Justice / IBM anti-trust trial. Programmer / Systems Analyst involved in projects using a number of IBM databases, and programming languages (e.g., FORTRAN, PASCAL, COBOL, Assembler, APL, etc.)
