Special session in honor of Alan Selman's 60th birthday

All are invited to an afternoon of talks on Sunday, June 17th, celebrating Alan Selman's 60th birthday.  There will be presentations by Juris Hartmanis, Lane Hemaspaandra, Steve Homer, and Stephen Mahaney.  These will be followed by the opening reception of the 2001 Conference on Computational Complexity held in Alan's honor.

Alan Selman was one of the founders of the Complexity Theory Conference (then called the Conference on Structure in Complexity Theory) in 1986.  He served as the Conference Chair from 1986 through 1988 and was program committee Chair in 1986 (co-chair) and 1990.  He is currently Professor of Computer Science at SUNY at Buffalo.
