In the study of human face-to-face communication, the patterning of interlocutor actions and interactions, moment-by-moment, is a matter of great scientific interest; and predictive models of such behavior are needed in order to build systems that can understand and interact with people in more natural ways. We organized this workshop in order to bring together
researchers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to share
knowledge, advance the field, and roadmap the future.
Funding was generously provided by the National Science Foundation under award IIS-0914868 to UTEP and US Army RDECOM under an award to ICT. |
